Privacy Policy
We keep this simple because privacy shouldn't require a law degree to understand.
What We Collect
When you reach out to us through our website, booking form, or email, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name (if provided)
- Your website or LinkedIn (if provided)
- Project details you share in the form
- Any information you share during calls or emails
How We Use It
We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Prepare for our conversation
- Send you a proposal if there's a fit
- Follow up if we don't hear back (once, maybe twice - we're not going to spam you)
That's it. We don't use your data for marketing campaigns, newsletters (unless you ask to be on one), or anything else.
What We Don't Do
- We don't sell your information. Ever.
- We don't share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- We don't run ads targeting you based on your visit.
- We don't track you across the internet.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site working properly, like remembering interface preferences, holding core flows together, and saving your privacy choices. These are there so the site behaves the way it should.
We also use optional analytics cookies to understand what people actually use, what gets ignored, and where the experience needs work. Those analytics cookies are only used if you allow them. We do not use them to build an advertising profile on you or follow you around the internet.
Booking and Third-Party Tools
If you choose to book a call, scheduling is handled through Cal.com. That may use its own cookies or similar browser storage as part of loading and running the booking flow. We also use Google Analytics or similar for overall traffic data, and an email provider for sending and receiving messages.
- Cal.com - for scheduling calls when you choose to book
- Google Analytics or similar - for optional website analytics
- Email provider - for sending and receiving emails
These tools have their own privacy policies. We choose tools that respect user privacy, and we keep optional tracking separate from the parts of the site you actively ask us to use.
How Long We Keep Your Data
If we work together, we keep your project information for as long as the working relationship is active, plus a reasonable period after for reference and support.
If we don't end up working together, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months in case you come back, then delete it.
Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what data we have on you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information entirely
Just email us and we'll take care of it. No forms, no hoops.
